Wow! I can't believe it's been almost 2 months since I posted something.  I guess having 2 stores, 3 kids, 1 husband, 4 cats, and 1 dog can really keep me busy.  Well, not so much has been happening in the Avon world.  My trip to the Bahamas was AWESOME! Now back to Avon business.  Right now my Ridgedale's store future isn't looking so good.  With the way the economy is and the huge drop in sales, I have been trying to work with the mall to get a rent reduction.  But that's a joke!!! General Growth Properities is not budgeting, they would rather lose tenants and have empty spots, then work with the loyal tentants and help easy some of the finiancial difficulties some of their tentants are having due to the recession. I will get the final word on August 31, 2009 on if the mall will accept my offer and let me finish out my lease (May 2011) or if the store will need to close on September 31, 2009.  So be watching, I might be sending out huge discount coupons in the next few weeks, if I have to close. :-(

Today I learned Avon is offering a chance to earn a cruise.  I am so excited.  In my years with Avon I have already earned 2 Cruise and 4 national trips to Cancun, Las Vegas, Nasville, and Bahamas.  This new incentive is a Caribbean Cruise.  I would sail in early October.  That will give a chance to have a little vacation before the busy Holiday shopping season in my License Avon Beauty Centers.  Now I have to sit down and sets some goals to achieve this incentive.  In order to earn this cruise I have to do one of two things.

1. Sell $36,000  C-11, C-12, C-13 and C-14.

2. Appoint and Mentor 20 new Avon/Mark. representatives in C-11, C-12, C-13 and C-14 plus advance to Advance Unit Leader.

Plus if I achieve both goals I get to bring a guest with me for FREE!
